By accessing or creating an account on BillGun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable billing rules.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all tax percentages, client details, HSN/SAC codes, and invoice amounts entered into BillGun comply with your local tax and financial authorities.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Every account includes a 7-day free trial. Following the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to your selected plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).

4. Limitation of Liability

BillGun is provided on an "as is" basis. BillGun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential financial damages resulting from invoice errors or client payment disputes.
