How are sequential invoice numbers allocated?
BillGun automatically tracks your highest sequence number for the active year and assigns unique incremental numbers (e.g. INV-2026-0001, INV-2026-0002) to prevent numbering conflicts.
What payment methods can I list on invoices?
You can specify bank account numbers, wire transfer routing/IFSC codes, PayPal, Stripe payment links, or custom notes in your Business Settings.
Is my invoicing data secure?
